Vegas a voyeuristic view of Las Vegas. The opening seen, shot from the window of a high rise hotel, shows people around a swimming pool, walking through a parking lot, and over the street on an elevated walkway

Cars pass on the street under, a plane flies overhead, a shuttle glides by on its track, a helicopter hovers in the sky. Then, in a dreamlike blur of color we find ourselves transported to the strip at night, looking out the windows of a car. Time seems plastic, as one blur of lights gives way to a wider, more familiar scene of iconic Las Vegas signage.

Finally, we are back to the hotel room window, though now at night, looking out over the tail end of the strip, cars reduced to white and red pairs of lights, intermingling with glitzy motel signs before the scene blurs into nothing more than globes of light. We are then jolted to a shot of the airport runways from above.
